SMM5, 27 March-Yongcheng Emergency Management Bureau issued a notice saying that the fourth Electrolytic Aluminum Workshop of Henan Shenhuo Group Aluminum Plant broke out at about 18:03 on May 26, 2019, and a fire broke out, and now the fire has been effectively controlled and there have been no casualties. The cause of the fire is under investigation. According to SMM, Henan Shenhuo Group 900000 tons of electrolytic aluminum production capacity index has been replaced to Yunnan Shenhuo, the previous Yongcheng plant operation of 220000 tons, affected by this incident, or will all stop production.
